Following graduation from Manchester University, Bilal has been working in general practice in the Greater Manchester area for the last five years.
Bilal's practice of dentistry is based around his friendly and caring nature. Bilal has a keen interest in Dental Implants, and has completed a year long course in Dental Implantology at the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London. Bilal also has a keen interest in adult orthodontics (braces) and loves how these can totally transform a person's smile in six months.
In his spare time, Bilal loves to go abroad and spend time with his wife and daughter and new born son as well as watching his beloved Manchester United.

Alex qualified from Kings College Dental School in 1996. After working in Australia she returned to London and worked in both private and NHS practices. She moved to the North West in 2005 and has worked at Roe Street Dental Practice since 2006.
Alex is married to Andrew - also a dentist and they have three young children. Out of work, Alex enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Dr Rahim Kanji BDS, MSc (Dist) Dental Implantology

Since graduating from the University of Manchester in 2006, Rahim has developed extensive experience in both aesthetic and restorative dentistry, whilst perusing his personal interest in dental implants. He has successfully completed an MSc in Dental Implantology with distinction. Since 2007 Rahim has worked solely in private practice and has a broad experience in treating multiple dental challenges.
Rahim now mainly focuses within the field of dental implants and is a peripatetic dentist placing dental implants across multiple practices around the northwest. His work is typified by an exceptional level of professionalism, which extends to a strong focus on continued professional development and keeping up to date with the latest advances and techniques – something he now takes a step further in his work lecturing and mentoring dentists new to the field. Using the latest technology Rahim is able to use a digital work flow when treatment planning for his implant patients. This enhances the patients understanding and also the precision/accuracy of treatment.

Dental implants are often one of the simplest treatment choices, provided they are delivered in a correct manner and in an appropriate setting. Choosing to have dental implants can be a life-changing decision for many patients, so choosing the right clinic and dentist is extremely important.
My attitude to patient care is very simple – I believe in treating my patients in the way I would wish to be treated myself. This might sound obvious, but when helping a patient make an important decision, it’s important to me personally that they understand every aspect of their proposed treatment. This way I can be sure that they have complete confidence in their treatment decision and my skills as a dentist experienced in implants. The key to providing precise, effective and comfortable dental implants is making full use of the latest dental technologies such as CT scans and a digital work flow to meticulously plan each operation.
This, combined with high quality implant systems supported by impeccable research and evidence, means that my patient and I can be sure of their treatment.

Cert dental implantology - Salford 2015
After graduating in 2010 from the University of Manchester, Weng-Hong took up an intercalated Senior House Officer post across the Pennine Acute Trust in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. He has since been working in general practice for the last 4 years.
He has also recently just embarked on an MSc programme for Dental Implantology at Edge Hill University with the aim of providing advanced restorative options for patients.
Another keen interest is adult orthodontics for patients using clear aligners or braces. He is also keen on further improving himself by going on courses to help provide the best all round care for his patients.
Out of work, he tries to keep active playing badminton and football whilst also squeezing in travelling where possible!
Dental Hygienist and Therapist

Soon after obtaining a degree in Biology from The University of Liverpool, Mariam went on to pursue her interests in dentistry by studying Dental Hygiene and Therapy at The University of Leeds Dental School.
Mariam enjoys all aspects of Dental Hygiene and Therapy, in particular restorative dentistry (fillings).
She believes giving patients preventative advice is a key factor in tackling the problems linked to tooth decay and gum disease and by working to a tailored treatment plan, she will help patients to achieve a healthy mouth in a caring and relaxed environment.
Mariam is a member of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy. She values the importance of keeping her dental skills and knowledge updated by regularly attending courses and journal
In her spare time, she likes to spend time socialising with friends and family, shopping and baking.
